Julien has gained experience working on several Salesforce full cycle implementation projects. Within the last two years, he has had the opportunity to work as a junior analyst on MIG6 energy protocol as well as helping out on different phases of a CRM CARE project. He then went on to take a role as a functional lead on a multichannel implementation in the energy sector.
Working in a challenging environment has led him to gain a deep understanding of client’s needs with regard to developing a CRM strategy and implementing a customer centric approach.
Julien is appreciated for his resourcefulness and common sense that helps him offer a structured and standardized approach towards the client. Passionate about technology and knowledgeable about the Salesforce platform, he is able to make the links needed to translate business needs into technical requirements.
