A one-day workshop facilitated by Tristan Kromer, an international expert from San Fransisco, USA who has years of experience as a startup founder and as an expert for large companies from all over the world. In this workshop, Tristan helps you deal explicitly with the challenges of managing innovation projects and the different needs, goals, and priorities.

In this two days train the trainers Masterclass, you will get familiar with: disruptive innovation, alternative innovation models, new methodologies, ways of thinking and tools to setup an ecosystem favouring intrapreneurs. You will follow a “learning by doing” process consisting of challenges to be solved during two days through what is called a Sprint or a Hackathon.
